  8. The Seller may temporarily restrict access to the Store for technical, security, maintenance or system development reasons.
04
Purchase process

Orders and conclusion of the Contract

  1. Orders may be placed through the Store 24 hours a day, subject to technical interruptions.
  2. The Customer selects the Goods, available variants and quantity, adds the Goods to the shopping cart, provides the information required to process the Order, selects the delivery and payment methods and then confirms the Order using a button indicating the obligation to pay.
  3. Before placing the Order, the Customer receives a summary including, in particular, the selected Goods, their prices, taxes, delivery costs, the total amount and the selected payment and delivery methods.
  4. The Customer is required to provide true, complete and up-to-date information. The Seller may contact the Customer in order to clarify incomplete information or information giving rise to reasonable doubts.
  5. Confirmation that the Order has been received is sent automatically to the Customer's e-mail address and does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the Order if the content of the message indicates otherwise.
  6. The Contract is concluded when the Seller sends the Customer confirmation that the Order has been accepted for processing, unless the operation of the Store or the content of the communication clearly indicates an earlier moment of conclusion.
  7. If an Order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, the Seller will inform the Customer and refund the relevant amount paid.
  8. Photographs, visualisations and colours of Goods are for information purposes. The binding characteristics are the parameters, description, properties and components specified on the Goods page and in the Order confirmation.
  9. Goods requiring configuration, legal metrological verification, calibration, custom manufacture or adaptation may have an individual lead time specified on the Goods page or agreed with the Customer.
  10. The sales document is issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer. The Customer should request an invoice and provide the correct invoicing details no later than when placing the Order.
05
Payments

Prices and payments

  1. Prices in the Store are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown separately. Where the Store enables prices to be displayed in another currency, including EUR, such display may be based on the exchange rate used by the Store.
  2. The binding price is the price shown in the Order summary at the time the Order is placed, subject to obvious errors which the Customer could reasonably have recognised.
  3. If the Seller announces a price reduction for Goods, the Store also displays the lowest price of those Goods applicable during the 30 days preceding the reduction or, if the Goods have been offered for less than 30 days, the lowest price since they were first offered.
  4. Available payment methods are presented in the Store and on the Payments page. They may include, in particular, bank transfer, online payment and cash on delivery.
  5. For advance payments, the Customer should make payment within the period specified when placing the Order or in the payment instructions received. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the Order after prior notice or without notice where the payment deadline and consequence have been clearly stated.
  6. Online payments are processed by an external payment service provider in accordance with that provider's terms and conditions.
  7. The Seller may make the availability of a particular payment method dependent on the value of the Order, type of Goods, delivery country or the outcome of a security verification.
  8. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that does not result in additional costs.
06
Shipping

Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out using one of the methods available for the particular Goods, address and country of delivery.
  2. Current delivery methods, delivery times and costs are available on the Delivery page and in the Order summary.
  3. Standard courier delivery up to 31.5 kg and pallet delivery within Poland are charged according to the current rates presented in the Store. The price shown in the Order summary is binding for the relevant purchase.
  4. The carrier's transit time must be added to the Order preparation time. In the case of advance payment, the processing time starts no earlier than when the payment has been credited or confirmed.
  5. The Customer must provide a complete delivery address and correct contact details necessary to complete the delivery.
  6. The Customer is advised to inspect the condition of the shipment upon receipt. Preparing a damage report may facilitate the handling of a claim, but failure to prepare such a report does not deprive a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights of their statutory rights.
  7. If collection in person is available, the applicable conditions are presented in the Store or provided to the Customer individually.
  8. For heavy, oversized or specially protected Goods, the Seller may use pallet transport or another delivery method agreed individually with the Customer.
07
Deliveries outside Poland

International sales

International delivery

Shipping costs outside Poland are calculated individually by our Customer Service Team. Before placing an Order for delivery outside Poland, please contact us and provide the complete delivery address so that we can prepare a shipping quotation.

  1. The Seller may sell and deliver Goods to selected countries. Available payment methods, currencies and delivery methods may depend on the destination country.
  2. If the international delivery cost is not calculated automatically by the Store, it will be presented to the Customer for acceptance before conclusion of the Contract or before modification of the Order.
  3. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and administrative charges may apply and shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
  4. The Customer should verify the import, technical, metrological, certification and tax requirements applicable in the country in which the Goods will be used.
  5. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer of protection arising from mandatory provisions of law applicable in the country of the Consumer's habitual residence.

Withdrawal from the Contract

Important information

As a general rule, Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from a Contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason.

  1. The 14-day period begins when the eligible Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods. Where Goods are delivered in batches or parts, the period begins upon receipt of the final batch or part.
  2. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires. The statement may be sent by post to the Seller's address or by e-mail to biuro@satispolska.pl.
  3. Use of the model withdrawal form forming part of these Terms and Conditions is voluntary. The statement must clearly indicate the Customer's intention to withdraw from the Contract.
  4. The Seller will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Store, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
  5. If the Customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not required to refund the additional cost resulting from that choice.
  6. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been returned or the Customer provides evidence that the Goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
  7. The Goods must be returned to the Seller's address no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Customer unless the Seller has agreed to bear that cost.
  8. For Goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the return cost may be higher and will depend in particular on the dimensions, weight and selected carrier.
  9. The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  10. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law, including in particular Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised to meet the Customer's individual needs.
  11. The right of withdrawal may also not apply to other goods or services specified by the Polish Consumer Rights Act where the statutory conditions for an exception are met.
09
Conformity of Goods with the Contract

Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights for conformity of the Goods with the Contract in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time the Goods are delivered and revealed within two years from that time, unless the shelf life of the Goods is longer.
  3. Goods conform with the Contract if, in particular, they correspond to the agreed description, type, quantity, quality, completeness, functionality and other agreed characteristics and are suitable for any particular purpose accepted by the Seller.
  4. In the event of lack of conformity, the Customer may request repair or replacement. The Seller may replace the Goods when the Customer requests repair, or repair the Goods when the Customer requests replacement, if the requested method is impossible or would involve excessive costs.
  5. If both repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs, the Seller may refuse to bring the Goods into conformity with the Contract.
  6. In the cases provided for by law, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract. Withdrawal is not available where the lack of conformity is insignificant.
  7. Repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable time after the Seller has been informed of the lack of conformity, without excessive inconvenience to the Customer and at the Seller's expense.
  8. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to biuro@satispolska.pl or in writing to the Seller's address.
  9. To facilitate handling of the complaint, the Customer is advised to provide contact details, the Order number or purchase document, identification of the Goods, a description of the problem and the requested remedy. Absence of a receipt does not prevent a complaint where the purchase can be demonstrated by other means.
  10. The Seller will respond to a complaint submitted by a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights within 14 days of receipt.
  11. If the Goods are covered by a warranty, warranty rights are exercised under the terms specified in the relevant warranty document. The warranty does not limit statutory rights relating to lack of conformity of the Goods with the Contract.
  12. Inspections, subsequent legal metrological verification, calibration, adjustments resulting from normal use and consumable materials are not automatically covered by warranty liability unless the terms of the specific warranty provide otherwise.

Provisions applicable to Entrepreneurs

  1. The provisions of this section apply to Entrepreneurs, excluding Entrepreneurs with consumer rights to the extent that they are entitled to consumer protection.
  2. The parties may individually agree on the conditions of sale, delivery, payment, warranty or liability. Individually agreed terms take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's statutory warranty liability (rękojmia) towards Entrepreneurs is excluded.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability towards an Entrepreneur is limited to actual loss and the net value of the Contract to which the claim relates, excluding lost profits, downtime, loss of production, loss of data and other indirect losses, unless the damage was caused intentionally.
  5. The Entrepreneur should inspect the Goods and shipment at the time and in the manner customary for goods of that type and immediately report any irregularities discovered.
  6. The Seller may suspend processing of subsequent Orders from an Entrepreneur who has overdue payment obligations towards the Seller.
  7. Disputes between the Seller and an Entrepreneur shall be resolved by the court having territorial jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office where applicable law permits such an agreement.
